We hope you love every piece from Dear Maddie. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at dearmaddie.co@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to process a refund for items that don't reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email and process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right — this one's on us.
